Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us.
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact or booking form, call or text us, make a reservation, or communicate with our team, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, arrival and departure dates, the number and names of guests, special requests, and the contents of your messages.
Reservation and payment information. When you book a stay, you or our booking provider collect the details needed to process and guarantee your reservation, including payment card information. Payments are processed through our booking and property management platform (Cloudbeds) and its payment processors. We generally do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and Your Choices" below.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from online travel agencies and booking channels, from our payment and fraud-prevention providers, from publicly available sources, and from advertising and analytics partners. We combine this with information we collect to operate our business.
Our services are directed to adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- respond to inquiries, provide information, and communicate with you;
- take, confirm, and manage reservations and process payments;
- provide and improve your stay and our guest services;
- operate, secure, and improve our website and services;

Text Messaging (SMS)
By submitting a form on our website, or by texting us, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your inquiry or reservation, such as confirmations, updates, reminders, and service messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking or using our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Cookies and Your Choices
We use cookies and similar technologies (including web beacons, pixels, and local storage) to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and, where you allow it, support advertising. We group them as:
- Strictly necessary, required for the site to function. Always active.
- Analytics, which help us understand site usage (for example, Google Analytics). Loaded only with your consent.
- Marketing and advertising, which measure campaigns and support advertising on other sites and may involve sharing online identifiers with advertising partners. Loaded only with your consent.
When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept, Decline, or manage your Preferences by category. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings control on our site. Until you choose, non-essential cookies stay off by default. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who act on our behalf under contract, including our booking and property management platform (Cloudbeds), payment processors, website and hosting providers, analytics and tag management (Google), and similar vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Booking channels and online travel agencies, where you reserve through or connect with those platforms.
- Advertising and analytics partners, in connection with cookies and similar technologies, where you have not opted out. This activity may qualify as "sharing" under California law. See "Cookies and Your Choices" and "Your California Privacy Rights" below.
- Legal, safety, and compliance recipients, such as courts, law enforcement, and regulators, where required or permitted by law, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. As explained below, our use of advertising cookies may constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law, and you can opt out.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. While we do not sell your information for money, our use of advertising cookies and similar technologies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by selecting "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" on our cookie banner or the cookie settings control, or by enabling the Global Privacy Control in your browser;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted under the CPRA, such as providing our services, processing payments, and fraud prevention, and not for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you;
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
